在中国漫长的封建社会中,从秦始皇到宣统,计有帝王二百三十四人。而在位时间最久,寿命最长的当数清高宗弘历,即乾隆皇帝。他在位60年,享年88岁。这与他长年坚持的健身法有着密切的关系。其养生之道简单可慨括为:“吐纳肺腑、活动筋骨、十常、四勿、适时增补”十六个字。吐纳肺腑,即黎明即起,多做深呼吸,吐故纳新。活动筋骨,即坚持体育锻炼。十常,即齿常扣,津常咽,手常弹,鼻常揉,眼常运,面常擦,足常摩,腹常旋,肢常伸,肛常提。四勿,即食勿言,卧勿语,饮勿醉,色勿迷。适时增补,即顺应自然,按四季进行补益,春夏滋养阳气,秋冬滋养阴气。
