赖丁代本（？—1904）清人。藏族。赖丁，西藏波密贵族房名。因其出身此贵族家又任代本（统兵官），故名。亦称赖丁公子。清光绪二十九年（1903），率藏军赴后藏防御英军入侵。次年，与囊色林代本在帕里宗以北的骨鲁（今亚东县曲米森谷）和英军上校指挥官荣赫鹏（Francis Edward Younghusband）辩论英军撤退问题，英军突然袭击，逼令交枪，他与囊色林代本及藏军千余人拒不投降，全部壮烈牺牲。
