释义	祁彪佳（1602—1645）明浙江山阴（今绍兴）人，字幼文、弘吉，号世培、虎子。天启进士。授兴化府推官。崇祯四年（1631）任福建道御史。历苏松巡抚、南京畿道。福王时任右佥都御史，巡抚江南。不久受排挤乞归。弘光元年（1645）南京、杭州相继被清军攻占，遂忧愤绝食自杀。善文辞，好曲艺，著有《祁忠敏公集》、《远山堂曲品》等。祁彪佳（1602—1645）明清之际学者。字弘吉，号世培。浙江山阴（今绍兴）人。天启进士。累官兴化府推官、福建监察御史等职。明亡后，任南京福王政府的右佥都御史，巡抚江南，后以疾辞职。1645年，清兵攻陷杭州，遂自沉于水，以身殉国。唐王时，追谥忠敏。明末大儒刘宗周弟子，为学朴实，关注于国计民生的现实问题，对当时空谈竞躁之风气颇为不满，主张：“天下事言之不如行之也，正以言者之未必能行也。”在文学、戏剧方面，著述颇丰。有《祁彪佳集》等。祁彪佳（1602—1645）明戏曲作家、戏曲理论家。字虎子、幼文、宏吉，号世培。山阴（今浙江绍兴）人。天启二年（1622）进士，后升御史，巡抚苏松，因和豪门作对，为大学士周延儒所忌，告归田里。南明弘光时，以右佥都御史巡抚江南，不久，又为马士英所不容，再次回乡。清兵破山阴，投水自杀。著有《救荒全书》、《祁忠敏公日记》等。对戏曲颇有研究。所作传奇有《全节记》、《玉节记》二种，一说《玉节记》即《全节记》。现均不存。又有《远山堂曲品》、《远山堂剧品》，今存。此外，尚残存一些零星散曲。生平事迹见《祁忠敏公日记》、《明史》卷二七五。
